    This was taken last year, i was 176 lbs placed 4th out of 10 guys, 2 points behind third and 7 points behind second, close but not close enough and yes I'm the same guy from triedia looking for prep advice. Thanks! MIKE_XXL

    The legs are there, this picture was taken in a park, downtown, i did not want rip down to my trunks, just taking pictures was enough attention.

    nice physique bro. We have the same body. I'm 180 lbs currently, and my chest doesnt disapear when I do a front double bi-ceps pose. I happy with my progress, but ill be happier at 240lbs

    Right now I am getting ready for a show, i was up to 205 lbs, now down to 190 lbs, mostly do to cardio and luck of carbs to keep my muslce well hydrated, but you got to cut the carbs to loos that weight, right. Well hoping to come in at 176 lbs for the middleweight, and leaner then the above picture.
