She got 3rd place, which qualified her for the National Level.
This was the first time she lost a lot of leg size while dieting, we are not quit sure why, but we will certainly will not let it happen again. One of the judges told her that the only thing she was missing was the sweep on her quads, she has been working hard at improving that.

Mike,

What are you anf Livin' doing to improve outter leg sweep? I have a couple ideas if you want them. I know how hard that it is for the Fitness gals with mixing muscle condition using weights vs. having very good flexability. They almost fight eachother.....diet helps the muscle for flexability. Hell, I'm lucky to do a FRNT. Split during my competitions after I dry out without hurting myself. These ladies are clearly superior in the amount of atheletesism that they demonstrate while in the SHAPE that they bring to the stage. Once again my hat is off.
