My advice is to hold off jucing for a few years and build a natural base, you have good shape and potential but it would be poor practive to venture into anthoer cycle without gain some more weight naturally.
Hey thanks a lot guys, I am trying to eat... but sometimes since my abs don't look good i try to go for the cutting face and then i loose weight. well i don't know, what parts should i work on more?

Stick to the workouts, go overboard on protein, and let nature take it's course for a while. You'll be amazed at how much your body can do without AS.

Yeah man, you need to lay of the sause for real. You are still young and can do a lot to your body naturally. You have already done one cycle and to be honest it doesn't even look like you work out to me. One thing to remember is that you juice to build on a good soild base that you have taken as far naturally as you can. You do not however use the juice to build your base. As for what you need to work on... I say everything.:lift:

I guess I have to say the polite thing. Wait a few years to juice.
However, if you are going to do it, do it right! Get some test to add to the deca or better yet use EQ. You are not so thin and with a good diet and hard work plus the steroids you can build yourself a pretty good looking body. Now you look good. Like you said, you could work harder on your abs. Maybe muscle maturity have to do with the lack of definition but I have seen younger people with great abs definition. It's just a fight against genetics!

Ya bro I gotta go with these guys being only 19 you should hold off on the sauce and let nature take its course first take it from me of course i am 12 years older than ya but I am only 5'2 I float between 165-170 but went from 125 to 145 naturally then used the juice to add the extra weight
