HOLLY SHIT!!! Your belly button looks like a 2-car garage! Just kidding IC. Actually it’s not all that bad. Good shoulder width by the way. I think I even see what looks like the start of a good pair of lats. Loose a little B/F and bring your quads up to par with the rest of your physique and your golden. Been training long?

You've got a good base to work with, keep up the good work.

Shoulder width and lat spread are your strong points... keep hitting em hard. Chest is good too. Might be easier to give advice with a relaxed, arms at your side pose. All in all... a good start.

    Thumbs up

Looking real good their Ice. Lat spread is very good. You can see you have the ability to go a long ways if you wan't. Amazed that you've only trained one year. Keep up the great work.

I'd have to agree with everyone else. Reguardless of how long you have trained you have a great shape. As llbeastcd mentioned your lats and shoulders are your strong points. Work with them and you will see greater results in a short period of time.
