premature cycle ending - heres some pic
had to quit cause of ligament problems, thinking about stopping training for 2-3 month
new stats:
217lbs
5'9.5"
bis: 16.5"
quads: almost 27"
waist: 35" no jokes...
lifts:
dead 405 7x
bench 265 5x
squat 405 2x
im nowhere near the results i was expecting but there is improvement at least but only in the numbers departement i still look like i dont know how to train...

Shame you ran into problems bro.............seems like you have the genetics for the wheels or you work them much harder than other areas........anyway,hope you have a speedy recovery.
All the best.

That sucks... but still work what you can. I have to use elbow braces for my ligaments... my forearms and bicep ache when leaning. I can go too heavy or they feel like they'll snap

Bummer Bro! Keep your diet under control so that when you are able to hit it again you'll come back much quicker and stronger!
Good Luck, MJ

That sucks bro. Still looking pretty thick though. If you really need the break, then take it.
