Hey guys I posted some pics of me last month and everyone was saying i'm my chest was supper lagging. I've been hitting the gym pretty hard with a good diet and here are my new stats:
01/17/04: 195 pds, 16.4% bf
02/17/04: 198 pds, 11% bf
I'll keep posting monthly every 17th.
