Please be nice??? Bro you look great. You have some great density there, you are looking full as hell. Nice size to those wheels too. Keep on pumping bro. And don't be so hard on yourself. It it a hell of alot easier to put on some size in the off season when you have a little bit of insulation. So don't sweat it.

Do you have any plans of a show in the future?

    Thanx shredz.

No plans for a show any time soon. A good friend always(Canadian Pro) told me....there's no reason to do a show if you're gonna loose.....so I plan to wait a little longer to put on more size/density etc. Thanks again for your words of encouragement.

5'6" 230-240s and those stats are sick bro. You got some good mass. I feel the same way about competing but I think you're ready to do some damage.

How long have your cycles been on and off over the past 3-4 years? Just wondering.

Thanx for the comps bros. Much appreciated.

My cycles go for about 10-14 weeks. To be completely honest....everyone tells me I should up my dosages. I don't seem to take alot compared to some of the other guys. For example, my Cypionate dose might be around 500-600 mg/wk, a deca dose will be like 400mg/week, d-bol dose might be 40mg/day, trenbolone (my fav.) will be 50-75mg/EOD. I have 40iu of GH in the mix now....so I can't wait.

you look good bro, you can tell you have worked hard. being 5'6 always gives a good benifit on putting on the mass. but also being that solid at 5'6 is a different thing, that takes hard work bro. keep pumpin. Good work.

    Whatcha gonna do.....

Well, I've never tried to get exactly to competition form....but I figure if I compete I will be hovering at about 198-205lbs ripped. That's with a very low B.F%. The main problem with non-experienced competitors....is trying to maintain as much size as possible while dieting. Some guys put their bodies into a catabolic state when dieting and begin to eat awy too much muscle....so they looked huge 4 weeks ago but the day of the comp. they are smaller and withered.

I know what you mean. In order to avoid this, the plan for my upcoming contest (my first) is to keep the carbs at 150-200 grams/day minimum (which will help me stay full but still lose fat) and work up to doing 1/2 hour cardio in the AM, 1/2 hour cardio after lifting in the PM. I think my body will respond much better to moderate vs low carbs, and more cardio but we'll see. My protein will be high and my total calories aren't gonna drop much below 2,800, I think. Test Enth, then switching to prop 3 weeks out, eq, and adding winny and var 6 weeks out. One thing is for sure, it will be a learning experience!

    Man, looking real big

I'm getting ready for a comp now and was around 220lbs in my avatar pic. I'm now just a wee bit under 200lbs.

What pumpseeker said is true (well for me anyway)... don't bring your carbs too low and you shouldn't loose too much muscle. It's better to take extra time to diet and to do it nice and slow and preserve that hard earned muscle.

And I never go under 2800 calories a day. You'll wither away to nothing. I tried that a few years back and lost lots of muscle and didn't look any leaner
