Hmm, I'm quite bad at all the names on the exersices. Do anyone have a webpage with the names?

I always start with deadlifts or standing row, thans seated row. I try to do atleast 20set and reps around 4-20. (avarage 10 I think)

    Thanks for all nice comments!

    BreakingThroug:
I got a workout dedicated for shoulders. A regular shoulder workout looks something like this:
    3set shoulderpress with barbells. 6-10reps
    3set sholuderpress i smith (in front) 6-10reps
    3set shoulderpress in a machine 6-15reps
    3set lateral raises 5-10reps
3set Bent over lateral raises with cable. 8-12 reps.

I always strip weight every set! So the first set is the heaviest.

The abs I train max once a month. I'm born with a sixpack, so are my brother and sisters!

Here is two quite new pictures after a arm workout!
The last month I've only been training about 2times/week because of the school. But next week I'll start with 5 workouts/week again

Hey bro, I just turned 20 too a couple months ago and we're almost exactly the same size. My arms are a little bigger, your chest measurement is a little bigger (but I bet its your back not your chest thats bigger then mine) but the major difference is your look. Your leaner then me and I'm jealous of them abs!!! That is EXACTLY how I want to look when I cut for the summer. Great job!!! Its good to see someone my age so close in development to me. It's kind of like getting a sneak peak at me cut. Keep up the good work and those are some impressive lifts!
