First Pics....Starting a cutting cycle
Hey just thought id post some pics and get a bit of feedback:
Any ideas judging from my body type how many more lbs I will have to loose to get rid of the love handles and show some six pack? And how long on a pretty cleean diet and 45 min of cardio a day.. Swolecat..I know your out there! Thanx

i would say you will need to lose around 20lbs.
i would set a resonable goal for your bf%, lets say 12%!
After you hit that goal, go for 10%.
Cutting is easy as long as you can stay true to your diet!
Try a Keto-Diet!

You could always try the wrestling diet. Never eat, run in trash bags, and hit the sauna on a regular basis.

How do you know your body fat is at 17%??? I just got mine done, and i am at 21% but this is with the use of the latest and greatest machine! I would say just workout until your satisfied...i going on 50 pounds heavier & 4 years later!!!

I would say you arent far from getting a six pack. I actually see the beginnings in the pics....just eat good and hit the cardio and you will be there in no time at all. LOOKING GOOD!

I wouldn't say you're 17%...... look more like 14-15% to me

yea, i was definitely thinkin around 15%, but you've got some good size already, you'll look huge if you get down to around 10 or so....good luck bro!
