    Been on board a while... this is me

    Been on the board for a while...and i dont think i have ever posted any pics.... well here i am.. 28 6'4 240lbs... dont know my measurements...i need to have them taken.... but i do know the arms are sitting on 20"s...lol.. doesnt every guy know that one? ... so anyways... here i am...

    my goals.... i want to reach about 260 or 270...solid.... i figure i could stand to lose about five to ten pounds of bf.... so i have about 30lbs of lean muscle to gain. My next cycle will be growth with test and possibly insulin ...not sure..about the insulin. I am shopping around for the growth right now..and once i lock down on that...its on If i can reach that goal i might compete in bay area shows... and go from there...but one step at a time

    Thanks guys for the compliments... well cycle history .... well my first cycle was about five years ago, It was sustanon 250(organon preloads from mex) about 500mg a week for ten weeks... and then about two months after that i took test 200 (brovel) and Deca 200.... about 400mg of each a week for about 10 weeks.... took a few years off.... and about two years ago...started up again... My main cycle of choice in the last two years is Test prop and tren .... those two together have given me explosive gains.... and then the last four weeks i throw in winstrol for shredding....

    Look good. 6'-4 240, that's some intimidating size. If you get up to 270lbs you'll be a monster.

    Upper body looks **** good. What about the lower body. I know how hard it is to put on the size, I'm 6'3" @ 268 around 15%. Trying to reach my goal of 280 before Mid-April. Anyways.....You got a serious bad-ass look.

    Could I ask how much Prop & Tren do you normally use, for how long a cycle and are you using HGH as well?

    I take 150mg of prop eod and 150mg of tren eod. My cycle usually runs about ten weeks...and then i take about 6 to 8 weeks off. I think a longer cycle is a waste because your body gets its best results within the first six weeks.... and anything longer than ten... the gains are slow coming after that mark... and i havnt touched growth yet.... but like i said...im locking down a source for growth now and i figure to be starting that ohhhhh about 3 weeks from now... I plan on doing about 5 to 6iu a day.... with test.... and maybe insulin ...(not for sure about that one) i want to research that more.... Ohhh and for sure i will get some leg shots on here.... I plan on taking some more pics here coming up in the next week or so.... Thanks guys again....ya lxorl... finally get to see my ugly mugg..lol

    Ok...here are two more pics i am putting up... like i said i dont have any leg shots...so the closest thing i have is some promo shots that were taken a month ago... you can get a idea of the size... but for sure i will take some bodybuilding pics here in the next week or so...

    chest 49"
    shoulders 55"
    forearms 15 7/8 " (I wish 17" lol)
    quad... 27"
    calf... 18"


    so much easier when someone else measures you..

    Thanks bro.... I have trained for the last 3 and 1/2 years non stop... no more than two days off at a time..... I havnt taken a extreme amount of juice.... I think reasonable amounts with high protein intake and serious training in the gym will yield great results.... just gotta give it time.... And train HEAVY....

    No sh!t - at your height, getting nice full muscle bellies ain't the easiest thing to do... longer limbs require a greater overall muscle size to look thick... and if you can get that thickness at your height - fuk it just looks cool. Good job - keep eating and working hard...

    well..... im 28 now.. And i know when i graduated high school i was 6'3 and weighed about 180lbs My first cycle....god i must have been 21 i think... but it was so weak of a cycle... (i laugh at it now.... sten...) But I remember about 4 years ago when i started training seriously i weighed in around 200 and arms about 14" or so.... i was lanky... from being a pitcher and running all the **** time... but when that ended...it was all about putting on size.. I hear about guys all the time having problems with certain muscle growth and i have to say i've been lucky. Everything i have tried to improve, has.....
