Exclamation **Cutting Diary** Going to be a LONG, HARD road back!

~Before you look at my pictures, please read:

Due to a cracked L5 vertebra I suffered last summer, and cronic tonsillitis that I fought for months that eventually led to me having surgery and getting them out, I am pretty out of shape right now.

    Here's my plan of attack:
Diet will consist of program I have from SwoleCat.

Training will be limited due to my back, but mostly isolation exercises, only things I can't do are deads, squats and overhead presses or anything that puts a load on my back.

Cardio will be the focus of my training.

    Current Stats:
    21 y/o
    6'3"
    230lbs.
    bf% (not sure, TOO high)

I will run the program for at least 16 weeks. I will update pictures every 3-4 weeks as to make comparisons. I will try to update the thread a few times a week.

Thanks for reading, And So It Begins...

I just hit the gym for some back and bi's. My low back if feeling ok, hurting a little bit but it's going to feel a lot better once I get back into it and have done cardio for a few days. I'll post in a few days after some AM cardio. REDROCK

Just a little update. Did chest and tri's yesterday. Had a good back and bi workout today. Gonna hit the cardio in the morning. Been sticking really close to my diet. Had a
fake cheat day on saturday. Only junk I ate was a hamburger and a small order of fries.
I will take some updated pictures in 4 weeks or so. Cheers, REDROCK

Still hitting it strong. Had my cheat day on friday. It was decent. Only had a cheat meal. Didn't really make it a whole day because I didn't want to over do it. But the meal itself was pretty brutal. Still hitting the cardio hard. I have an appointment with my back dr. on this friday, so I am going to figure what the hell is going on and I'm going to get it fixed. REDROCK
