my first pics
hey guys. . these are the first pics i have posted. . .here my story
about a year ago i lost 40lbs in about 3/12 weeks and i still have lots of skin hangin off me, since then i gained about 30lbs back of good solid muscle but still got ALOT of work to do
just finished 1st cycle (10 week prop/cyp)
i guess i am just posting the pics as motivation for myself and too see what i might need to work on (besides abs!!!!!! lol)

arms definity the best part....but overall looking good...how did you lose so much so weight so fast??

ran alot, ate nothing. . .unfotently for a while i developed and eating disorder and lose about a years worth of strength in a month
i am just now back to where i was pre-ED

took nothing man, i had an ED, nobody should ever drop that much weight that quick, i l ost a years worht of training and its not worth it

it wasnt healthy at all, i was pale and sick all the time

any idea on how many calories you were eating? I'm at about 1000-1200/day

when i lost all my weight i wa hardley getting 700 kcal a day
