    are you saying that you have NEVER done roid...or are you saying that you do natural shows...i have friends who do natural shows...but do a lot of roid...they get it out in time for the testing...

    all the veins and the way your lower back comes out so far...and if you arent on roid...why not? you would be a monster and could for far, especially when all your competition is doing roid...just wondering

    what is your workout routine...you look awesome

    I'm saying I have never done roids (and never will). This is the path I have chosen. I compete in natural competitions and like to think that my competition is natural also. I do not hate on people who use, but instead I give them just as much respect for their hard work and rigorous BB lifestyle as others. I just made the choice to not use steriods . I want to live a long, healthy life and do not want the complications which come with steriod use. It is not worth it to me but to each his own. Enough said.

    My routine is pretty high volume, ~75 minutes or so a workout.

    Sun: Hams/Calves/Cardio
    Mon: Chest
    Tues: Back
    Wednes: Arms/Forearms
    Thurs: Quads/Calves
    Fri: Shoulder/Traps
    Sat: Off or cardio

    I do a little abs every day.

    great work man i am very impressed with the work that you have done and it motivates me big time to get in the gym and get some work done. All i can say is that i hope your right about the natty competitors being nat because someday i hope to compete and i dont need any more competition and you make that painfully obvious.

    Here is an example of what I did for legs last week. I change exercises or order every week to keep my muscles guessing:

    Sun:Hams/Calves
    Standing one leg curls
    2x10 - #130
    8 - #140
    Drop Set 6 - #150, 10-#90
    SLDL *deep full stretch
    20 - 225
    10 - 335
    7 - 365
    5 - 385
    Laying leg curl
    15 - #160
    15 - #170
    2 x Drop Set 6 - #180, 6 - #130
    Standing Calves 4 sets 10-12 reps
    Calves on Leg press 4 sets 25-20 reps
    Seated Calves 4 sets 15 reps (usually only do 2 movements)


    Thurs:Quads/Calves
    Squats *Deep
    20 - 135 warm up
    20 - 225 warm up
    24 - 315
    10 - 405
    6 - 455 (Couple forced reps)
    Drop Set 6 - 455 (Couple forced reps), 12 - 315
    One Leg Smith Squats/Lunges
    20 - 185
    15 - 235
    13 - 275 (Couple forced reps)
    11 - 295 (Couple forced reps)
    Leg Extensions/Sissy Squat Drop sets 4 sets
    Smith Machine Standing Calves 4 sets 25 reps
    Seated Calves 4 sets 20 reps
    Inner Thigh 2 sets
    Outer Thigh 2 sets


    I also incorporate many other exercises: Leg press, vertical leg press, walking lunges, hack squats, seated leg curl, dumbell SLDL, etc

    I find it very funny when someone who obviously is working very hard, eating clean, staying strict with there routine, and you see some of the comments made by people, like "he cant be natural" I know it's not everyone but to these people, do they actually think you NEED roids to get well developed muscles and nice shape. Hard work prevailes over roids everytime, unless you are at your total genetic peak and cant grow at all keep natural. Maybe its easier for me to say this because I could get pretty big naturally as well. But I turned to roids even though 3 years back when I was 23 I said I would never take them either. So one can never say never, sooner or later you will inevitably hit the road block called your natural peak and no matter what, you will not be able to get past it. Lookin good bro, when you do decide to throw some juice in just do a real low dose of test and thats like 300 -400 mgs /week.I was around your size from 23 on (5'11" 220) really lean and after a few years of beating yourself at the gym you get sick of training like a champ and getting limited results.
