    Hi
    Just signed up. Just thought I'd introduce myself and post a few pics. Currently hovering around 236-240 Ibs and trying to lose the blubber. Here goes

    Thanks for the positive feedback and welcome. Just started cutting...was wondering whether 4 cardio sessions of 40 mins after training was enough (unfortunately can't do it in the morning due to work and study). Any responses welcome

    Great looking legs....cutting some fat should make you look very good....I think that if you do that much cardio at high intensity you should be pretty good....go some interval type cardio
