Glutamine Question...

Whatz up ya'llzzzz... Quick questions for... I'm in the mids of simple cycle of 450mg of Deca per week. Not to mention I'm nursing a torn miniscus (...from another hobby of mine...). Just wanted to hear any suggestions in regards to the glutamine/deca cocktail. How much/often? Positive results?
