new guy here, wanna start juice
i found this site a couple weeks ago, and i have been searching through it since i found it. i really wanna get some more mass to me, i think i am gonna do a cycle of:
400mg deca /week
then clomid at the end.
i have a pic, but i dunno how to put it in
i'm 18, 6'3, 204 lbs, i dunno my BF%, my waist is 35, and i dunno my other measurements, i'll get them soon though. i have been been a rower for about five years, and we usually had a tough lifting schedule and a lot of cardio. i quit crew after this fall and went into a recession of doing nuthing.(notice the belly) i just got back to school and been lifting on a hard lifting schedule to get myself ready for AS. i'm not starting until about midway through march, so i have some time to get myself ready. i was just wondering if there are any suggestions or questions. you guys seem to be extremely knowledgable and i would like to learn as much as i can before i start the cycle. thanks

welcome to the board. How long have you been training? I might be wrong but I think you should shoot 100mg eod for the prop.

I strongly recommend that you hold off on doing steriods because of your age. See the attached threads:
If you don't want to listen to us and are going to do steriods anyway, go with either primo or anavar . They will stunt your future growth the least.

Bro. you're only 18 . You got long future. You're too young for this.
Honestly all you need is good diet and motivation. Remember DIET is 70% of your success. You could gain a lot of more weight naturally without AS.
It looks like you got lot of active experience but you're still too young.
I promise that if you hit 5k cal and 400g of protein diet you will gain good mass. Pop some creatine, glutaime, multivitamins in it and you're on your way to gain muscule.
Stay away from juice at that age.

well guys, thanx for the advice, i started this thread because i wanted to know if i should start or not, i think i am gonna research a little more, and see how naturally training goes. \i think i am just more curious about juice, and just see what it does, its a teen thing i guess. thanks again, and when do you think i should try doing a cycle

Stick around this board and you will learn a lot. You will learn so much that you will surprise yourself (You never thought that you could comprehand all this) Trust me.
Wait till you're at least 21.

Dont make the mistakes i did. Food and creatine bro. It works! Your test and growth hormone is high right now use it to your advantage. Go heavy and eat ! Make sure you do the main lifts such as squats and flat bench press .Heavy lifts and lots of food will work wonders bro.
