    Triceps shot

    Heres a tricep shot of her. Not the best quality but you still can see pretty good cuts in the tri and shoulder area. This girl is busting her ass in the gym. Kicking my ass as well.

    Man she looks awesome. Her arms got to be bigger than a lot of guys on this site. I need to get to the gym after seeing those arms. Triceps look great too. Your a lucky guy to have someone that looks like that next to you. Tell her she look great. Thats the girl I'm looking for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    AWESOME with a capital A girl. I want my girls arms to look like that too. You got a very supportive guy who beleives in you and your progress. Don't ever take that for granted girlfriend. Good guys are hard to come by. He looks great too. Keep pumping those arms girl, they look great. How big are they? They look like they are around 13" My girls are around 11"

    Yes TDog is awesome support to me , he keeps me going in the gym.
    Everytime I do go out some Dude wants to armwrestle me and i do win somethimes ( witch makes me feel great of course)
