    thx guys i really need the encoragment n stuff ive only gained 11lbs in 4 weeks but im only eating 3500 cals, and the reason that is if i eat 1 gram to many carbs i gain fat like a pig literaly but its a strict and very clean 3500 cals, and belive it or not i feel like ive lost lil far so far but thats my goal all i really want out of this cycle is maybe 1o 15 lean pounds kept and drop 1% bf and i would be happy as a lark, its just gona make my summer cutter so much easyer!!!!

    Mate you can do 4000 to 5000 cal clean or at least pretty clean, as it seems to me that at 3500 you are a bit low as you look like a big lad.

    yea im holding some fat and water but its a thin layer at best, my tricept is soild there is no hanging fat if you catch me... lol were my tricept is big it does sorda look like fat.. but oh well when i feel of it and its all good and solid thats all that matters to me
