yeah it looks like you made some great improvement, especially in your lats and forearms. i have the hardest time building up my wrists/forearms.

i did too.. until i stopped using straps all together. They grow on their own if you do heavy deadlifts. Most of my back gains i feel were from heavy (for me) deads. I do a couple light warmups, 185X8, 225X8, then go to 275X5 (heavy warmup), 295X4, 325X2, 335X2, 365X1Quote:

i'm always on the brink of going un natural.. obtaining gear is no problem for me as all of my friends juice heavily.. it's just a matter of feeling ready for it, and actually feeling like i've worked hard enough to deserve it. Plus, it's kind of a nice feeling being natural.Quote:

how tall are you?
well, in the first back pick i was 150 lbs or so with 14 inch arms, 10 inch forearms.. 38 inch chest 26" waist. now i'm 178, 16 in biceps, 12 1/2 inch forearms 29" waist, mostly from gains in lower back thickness (and a little fat). legs have gone from 20 left, 17 right (knee surgery atrophy) to 24 left, 23 right. I hope to continue to blast them hard, and when they get to around 26" or so i'll post pics, but not before then. Too embarrassed by them.
i'm a little under 5'9.. this is about 7 months of hard ass work.
