good size on that arm bro!

it is hard to keep the weight off once you have had it. you cant just go on a diet, because what do you do when you get off of the diet? gain the weight back by picking up your old eating habits again? you have to change the way you eat, permenately. it really is a lifestyle. if you need some help on the eating plan, pm me and we will see what we can do.

    Nice pics Bro.
Myself at the moment im trying to lose body fat and gain some muscle at the same time ... i know theoretically it is impossible but im one for trying to break the rules currently im doing cardio after training 5 days a week ..20 mins on treadmill eating plently of carbs in the day , slowing down in the evening and i measured my arms this morning 1/2 inch gain! i was pumped (not literally!)
and my waist is down 1/2 inch as well ... so i feel much healthier and better too ... and training is going off im getting stronger too.

    stats atm are 5'7-5'8
    190lbs-195
    14% bf
    19yrs old
    no AAS use.

Its not impossible to loose fat and gain muscle at the same time at all, lost of people are doing exactly that i the body transformation contests. Its is alot easier to do one or the other but it can be done at the same time..

    Lean and Gain same time

When i got back into training, i was 23% 200lbs, sad but true, i went from that to 228lbs, 12% in about 12 weeks, so you can do it. But it's a hard balancing act.
