I've trained my ass off to get what I have.... in the last 2 yrs... serious injuries... in 2000, torn ligaments in my right wrist... off for 4 months... no upper bod training at all. Sept 2001, bad tendonitis in my left wrist.... i still can't flat bench... it hurts to even curl 15 LBS dumbbells. Despite my setbacks I still grew.

I have wrist problems too, I got wrist wraps from www.monstermuscle.com , those are Inzer powerlifting wraps, I have no complains after i started wearing 'em.
BTW, you look like the female version of myself (genetically) You look awesome. Keep up the good work.

I know there was no intenet MMG...but I'm pretty sure what Primo meant was that, a bra protruding from an unbuttoned blouse can be interpreted as provoctive (especially when you consider the amounts of test running through the bodies of the guys here

) whereas a posing suit is simply that. No offence meant and no flame
