    6ft 3 245 lbs 18+ BF %
    Age 23
    NATURAL? uhm? Nature? WHATS THAT?

    cycle
    800 mg of t400/week (poor man's cycle)
    Currently in my 4th week (10 week cycle)

    NO FULL ODY PIC YET> i NEED TO WORK ON my Body a bit more before I show it off!!> LMAO, I got nasty ass KEG,!!!!.. No six pack on this o'l boy!. LMAO

    OMG this was over a year ago that i posted this pic, SHIT I MADE SOME PROGREESSSS MUAHAHAH LMFAO! back then I had no veins popin out nothin, well here's an update, Im 235 now, at about 13% bf, back then I was actualy 25% appearently not 18% that is sooo funny , shit i remember back then, poor man's cycle LMFAO!!!, omg how naustelgic (sp) Now i got veins popin out and shit, wow, Ive improved lol, atleast I think so hehe

    hey bro, here is an honest critic, your arms are good but most of the rest of your body is lacking.....i would try to drop down to 10%, granted you will loose some size but you will look more developed if you do....in that last pic i would say you are right in your calculation of body fat, my advice is to do a cutting cycle next time, you will put on 15 lbs solid muscle and look alot more developed.....good luck bro..Madmax...
