My pic from the begining of my dieting cycle
Ok, first attempt at putting my pic up here....This pic is about a year and a half ago...i was dieting down from 225 on my 5'8 frame...all fat, drank way way to much beer! Since then i got down to 180lbs at 8 % body fat, and my new pic which shall hopefully be up here soon is going to be me at 201lbs (worked my way back up from 185, this time placing muscel where the fat once was! body fat around 15, winter gaining cycle) Anyway this is the base i started with, I am 20 years old in the pic and my body fat was high, i think around 19%

here is me around 12/01/01...got a shirt on but at the least i think you can see a minor gain in size even with the shirt on....in this pic i was around 12-14% body fat, but I was also in the middle of a bulking cycle which just ended! Was eating everything in sight!!!!

1st off... thanks for you nice pm.
2nd.. i think you would look huge when you diet down.. I can see mass... but it's hard to see what you have.
For me as I loss weight...... i looked bigger... woo hoo.... and I could see what I had and where i may be lacking. Overall I'd say I have symmetry... THANK GOD! LOL."Come and get some!"

Well i was mainly looking for critiques on my before pics, I've gotten more mass on me, and I'm waiting on the digital camera to be fixed for the newer pics to be put up....
Sorry for the second picture with the shirt on....It was the only pic i have, and "I saw" a difference, but then again i can see myself without a shirt anytime i want....I'll try to get a new pic with the shirt off soon

Well brutha you have a very nice build, if you get on a nice cutting cycle and get ripped I think you will naturally be a big fella. You look like your build is like mine, I have a gut in my off seasons, like right now. THat is the first thing that shows. Get yourself on a cuttin cycle, and I bet you will look great. Good luck bro, let us know on your progress.

thanx, I have worked on the diet and the "new and improved me" is much better now.... That first pic is an older pic, and I have been training hard for a solid year after that pic....That picture was right before my appendix burst The first of last year. So now on my stomach i have 3 scars That is where my fat is ofcourse and once the fat is gone, I hope to be one ripped up mo' fo....
I had the bodyfat checked today since it is the first week of my "LETS GET SHREDDED CYCLE" and it is 13.9W% weighing in at 198 and i'm 5'8....I can get to 180-185 again, i did it over the summer, and i plan to have that in around 12 weeks. Hope to be around 10%bf!
My diet (tell me whatcha think)
1st meal
Corn based cereal (Cornflakes) *something to get my metabolism started.... normally around 7am
2nd meal
normally chicken and rice with veggies (small plate around 9-10am)
3rd meal
Pasta *whole weat* 12pm
*protien shake*
4th meal
3 4oz chicken strips, boneless skinless, baked 3pm
5th meal
MORE CHICKEN *protien shake*
6th meal
salad with veggies
I consume on average 2000k a day and since this is my average diet...I normally consume 100-200 grams of carbs a day....My pasta is very small proportions.

Ok here goes, I'm 5'11 and 173 pounds. I play sports but cant seem to hit the long ball. Unlike someball players I need help. How do I start.
