Unable to upload an avatar from my puter?

Hi I just joined and tried to upload an avatar pic from my computer and I keep getting a page that says "POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed". I have tried to upload a few pictures from my computer (all well with in the limits given) and I just get kicked back to the same page saying the same thing :unsure: .

I had the same problem with my other suername ''joey1nut''
the only solution that worked for me was creating another user name
while using the same email account
