Unable to upload an avatar from my puter?

Hi I just joined and tried to upload an avatar pic from my computer and I keep getting a page that says "POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed". I have tried to upload a few pictures from my computer (all well with in the limits given) and I just get kicked back to the same page saying the same thing

I had the same problem with my other suername ''joey1nut''
the only solution that worked for me was creating another user name
while using the same email account

I'll have to try that and see what happens thank for the heads up.
