    So how do I...

    From what I have read in posts... a person must have at least 25 posting before he can get the ability to ask a mod a question. Is this true or is there some other limitation?

    You're talking about personal messeges (PM) as asking a MOD a question, well
    if you need a source checked you can email a MOD, I'll just attend to PMs no email
    requests. I think the number of posts is 25 so post on...but don't whore post "Bump"
    just to raise up your account.
