Can't uploading pictures as thumbnails in post

Can't upload a picture of blood work. I get the box to choose file (it is a jpeg) but It won't upload. I did this on my phone and on the computer.

Went to settings while on the forum and checked attachments and I have for aadn it says:

You are currently using 5.78 MB to store 4 uploaded attachments.


Any suggestions?

For anyone else who may have had this issue try switching to a new browser. Switched to Mozilla and was able to upload.
