Pop-up window too big on my smartphone

I can't read the forums on my smartphone because the "Ultimate Anabolic Research Guide" pop-up window comes up and blocks the entire screen. I have to close the tab and navigate to a new tab.

There's a small x at the top right hand corner of it when you zoom right out.

Shouldnt return for a while once you do it once.
