hmm, the update should fix everything I hope ( I still haven't done that).
The way it works, it shouldn't send one for every reply. Only 1 e-mail until you visit again for each thread.
do you know how effective EQUIGEN is?

It seems to be working now again. But its not realy working smoothly. For some threads I get notifications and for others nothing. Yesterday It didnt work at all, today it seem to be working perfectly.Quote:

oh, we had to reconfigure our e-mail system because of the virus that was bounced off of allsportsnutrition. they may have fixed the problem.
