Good workout today. Smashed out chest. However ive been ignoring stabbing pains in my shoulders until today but it doesnt feel right at all. Pressing movements are generally okay but flies type of movement feel like getting stabbed inside my shoulders. But it doesnt seem tp get drastically worse the heavier i go. Its like the same level of pain from x weight upwards.
I may start rc warm ups before starting chest.
Took some cialis today. Didnt see much of a pump difference.
Forgot to do calves today and also nearly gpt lost when i was driving... my brain couldnt comprehend directions that i have used a million times. Head was rather foggy today.
