    Day 30

    Good workout today. Smashed out chest. However ive been ignoring stabbing pains in my shoulders until today but it doesnt feel right at all. Pressing movements are generally okay but flies type of movement feel like getting stabbed inside my shoulders. But it doesnt seem tp get drastically worse the heavier i go. Its like the same level of pain from x weight upwards.
    I may start rc warm ups before starting chest.
    Took some cialis today. Didnt see much of a pump difference.
    Forgot to do calves today and also nearly gpt lost when i was driving... my brain couldnt comprehend directions that i have used a million times. Head was rather foggy today.

    TRAINING
    chest press machine
    Warm up
    2 working sets 100kg drop 80. 90kg drop 80

    No time for the gym today unfortunatly. I akso feel obliged to attend a party after work today. Not my scene... sitting at the table fists clenched not eating or drinking. Fun... trust me i know im a fun guy.

    Hopefully i can sneak away earlyish...

    My shoulder feel pretty sore rotating after chest yesterday.

    Im going to take something to calm me before i head out... or i might take a couple of scoops of preworkout/eca to string me out so that im a little more enjoyble for an hour or two...

    Okay. Going to write this while its fresh in my head. Tonight was nerve fest to get through. 'Come up and dance come up and dance!' Proceeding by being manhandled to my feet. Also forced my self to chat to a nice girl to get myself through the night. Very nice larger girl hah! Probably should have pulled but you guys know me... hell even took her home man. But no it wasnt to be.

    Trying not to make this sound like such a sob story but sitting through gritted teeth watching guys chatting to beautiful girls and dancing with them... heading out with them. Im sitting there feeling rather emotional inside to tell the truth. Im getting so angry with myself. Is this a hormonal issue or am i just fucked? Why do i bother.

    Freaking out like a child being asked to dance. Not following through with the girl. I think she really liked me. She done a lot of touching and whispering in my ear all night.

    I need to sort this sooner rather than later because i am completly sick of the things im missing out on in life right now.

    To the best of my ability i wont do anything stupid but ill probably order some clomid so that i can experience a little higher testosterone while waiting on my next blood test... see if that makes a difference. Im going to dig and do some more extensive research on it before i order anything though.

    Rant over im sorry guys. You can tell me to shut the fuck up and man up if you like. Maybe thats what i need to hear...

    I didnt stick to my diet 100% today. I didnt get enough to eat during the day but found chicken and rice at the party and had a reasonable amount. Dodged the cakes and curry n shit. Not ideal but im happy with it.

    Might want to start a thread in the TRT section as I know the guys giving advice in there will not hold back on both good and bad comments in regard to this issue. They will give great guidance.

    Hey man. Got one up already in the trt section. Next step of the process is getting more bloods with lh and fsh. But i have to wait 2 months for it... let me tell you its taking an age to come

    I felt it was better place to cry about it in my log rather than clutter up the other thread.

    Hitting out shoulders tonight after work. Gonna be good. Not feeling very hungry today. Having to force feed myself and feel sick afterwards. However the show must go on!

    Looked pretty muscular this morning. Very happy with my progress so far.

    So had a good workout today... almost gave it a miss but glad i went. Absolutely killed it. Apoligies for the long post last night. Was feeling rather thoughtful.

    Rather enjoyed the cilalis. The day after dosing i was getting more stiffies.... to be blunt. Was interesting.

    Not much use to me in everyday life right now but im going to mess with it preworkout for a while.

    I think the dance/girl situation was more to do with confidence then hormones. At first glance a man can be a 6 out of 10 to a woman but confidence will certainly increase that number and your chances with attractive women. I get you may not have that yet but there is a lot to be said for the fake it until you make it motto.

    If it makes you feel any better I found this log to be one of the more inspirational to me. Gave me a lot to think about in the way I'm training and dieting. So keep up the good work. We are all watching and rooting for you to succeed.

    Yes it very well could be. I dont have anything that i can counter that statement with. Just the way my head is right now is a constant negativity in regards to that area.

    So you got a girl to come home with you :-) I have heard worse endings! Look, you will not find a guy on these forums who, at you age, was a bit nervous talking to what they perceive to be a beautiful woman, nobody. Anyone who is saying anything else is lying. Learning to talk to women is a bit like building muscle. It is a slow process but you simply get better at it over time until it is very natural. Just remember to use opportunities that present themselves especially if you are in an area where you are likely to never see any of the same people again. That is always a perfect time to make a fool out of yourself and try something because, hey, what do you go to lose?

    Only thing is... i still dont have the desire to chase or be with a women right now. So i did kind of have the whatever mentality.

    Im kind of falling away from weighing stuff now... just eating what looks right and if i want to switch rice for oats or pasts or something i will. I also switch around simple and complex. The calories are probably off but im getting at least 3000 a day. Ive probably been eating more but im not noticing much fat gain and i am gaining strength. Was stronger today also.

    A lot of the things we go through in early adulthood are perceived to be connected. Something captures the attention and we wish to connect it to something else.
    Also, these things are often amplified. While entering the world of adulthood, we do a lot of comparisons between ourselves and others while at the same time thinking of our profound, uniqueness.
    Put all of this together and you have what look to be tidal waves. Later, perspective is learned and we stop looking at every puddle of water that we can find.

I get days when i just think, 'stop being silly youre just overworrying about silly things'. Other days i am desperate and i need something to change. Ive nearly ordered clomid to start taking but thats pretty stupid before i get anymore blood tests. I need to chill and relax.

    Whatever i say on the this kind of subject i guess can be amplified based on how im kind of reacting to it on the particular day.

    There are some days where something will trigger me to start screaming internally that im broken and fucked and i just need to do something to reverse this regardless of the consequences. Then the next day i relax and realise my immaturity and try not to let it overcome me again.

    For all i know im working myself into a frenzy of thinkinf my test production is broken and there isnt a problem. My next test results could come back 1000ng/dl lol.

    I started around 178lbs i was 187lbs yesterday. Im trying not to weigh myself. But i do every now and then. I have seen minimal fat gain so i am very happy with my progress.


    I need to keep an eye out now though because i rarley weigh my food right now. I am just eyeballing food and eating the carbs i feel like eating.

    I used to eat nothing but brown rice and oats. If i feel like having white pasta post workout i will sort of thing.

    I expected to put on much more fat. Especially since i am doing no fat burning cardio whatsoever

    So ive had a sore back that had radiated to shooting leg pain that is almost debilitating when i lay down. My guess is that ive pinched a nerve or something. Should i dicontinue training and rest or push past it?

    Started to do deadlifts today then packed it in at 70kg.
