    I'm New!

    Gosh, where to begin.
    The dedication you girls have is so inspiring to me. I've been a member now for about a month and haven't had the chance to introduce myself.
    I've been working out for approx 8 yrs, never competed, only getting involved with "Iron Women" in Fla. More into fitness, but would like more gains.
    I've lost lots of muscle (not on purpose)and am ready to get back on track. I'm regularly 103 lbs, 5 "2, and made muscle gains which put me at 118lbs. I have a small frame and it's been difficult. I have only used over the counter supplements, but it's worked. So any info you guys can share with me would be great. I'm back down to about 111 lbs. Too small!
    Again, I'm very excited to get to know all of you on this board.

    To gain: Eat like there's no tomorrow(good food), Lift heavy, get plenty rest.

    It's such a pleasure to meet all of you. I eat so much its scary. Chicken, Brocc, tuna & sushi at least 4-5 times a day. Probably not enought fat, but I'm trying. Have tried the MCT oil but I think that is just for the extra calories. Plus I drink about a gallon or more a day so I'm sure that is one reason why I am always hungry! My boss says if I keep it up he's putting my desk in the ladies room!

    Where are your carbs? I don't see any but broc and that's not going to do it for you...without carbs, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to gain LBM...

    Don't be afraid of them... Well, be afraid of sugar and bread/pastas but the right carbs in the right amounts will make a world of difference in how you look and feel

    Yes your right Primo. It's hard..I try to eat sweet potatos, brown rice, but thats about it. Need to first find out how much I need for each meal. Other than that I eat pretty clean.
