Swiss Muscles...
This is me ...
I have been working out seriously for 2 Years now..
Do Cardio 45min. daily ( have a very phisycal job though) !! And train with moderate weights , high raps. It just seems like I cant get those pounds off. Im eating moderate protein low carb, low fat...
Please help me out..

Thanks everybody....
My diet so far....
Mornings mostly a joghurt and some juice or a müesli ...
Lunch is always ahuge problem , we dont take lunchbrake and so i either cant or just eat a bar, ( powerbar or something like that )
Dinner , thuna fish, vegies or salad.
Between meals when i get a chance i do drink a shake or something small ( fruits) so i wont starf to death ...
I know its pretty bad eating, but i have no brakes at work and we work from 7am to at least 6 pm mostly no brake ...
Im grateful for any help....

Well i am from switzerland , but i do work over here now as a landscaper , witch I absolutely love to do . But we got tons of work and it has to be done . So In season I easely get my 75 Hours a week in . Its hard to get training in as well when you just want to go home and sleep ...
But dont worry, im a fighter and i will drag my a** to the gym...I always do ..lol

Good Idea... I just need to be munching on something, or i get grumpy...( My poor workbuddys...lol)
What about the high sodium??? Is it acceptable ???

Make sure you are drinking alot of water during the day. It's very important.
And stay with a good protein shake. Low cal and lots of protein is important.
You have to feed that awsome body the right stuff......Good luck!
