    Need some opininions about a cycle.....

    I've been training for many years and I'm interested in taking it up a notch and doing a cycle of primo and maybe either var or prop. Any one have any suggestions. I am late 40's.....in pretty good condition but having trouble gaining any muscle mass. I take about 120 gms of protein (weight 117 lbs, 5'4") and lots of supplements. I just want to look really great in my 50's.......not looking to compete.......just want to be in awesome condition cuz it feels good.........=)

    Generally a first timer wants to keep the cycle simple. To start, I'd probably say var. Start at 5 mg ED, build to 10 ED see how it goes. And then see how your body responds, how you diet & train, etc. You may get the results you are looking for with just a very simple cycle. Then go from there.
