First time clen user info please

I'm thinking about using clen for the first time and was wondering what would be the best dosage for me. I have read the clen handbook and was still a little unsure of the information. I would also like to know what ECA stands for = Ephedra/caffeine/ ??. I was also interested in knowing the serverity of the side effects. Please help with as much information as possible.

Once I feel that I can't handle it anymore do you suggest that I stay at that dosage or do I bring the dosage down until the two weeks are over? With ECA- how much should I take?

eca should be taking during the off weeks

this is how my wifes 1 st cycle looked, she had to go in 20mcg incroments as she had 40 mcg tabs and it was too hard to break them in 1/4

day1 20mcg
day2 20mcg
day3 20mcg
day4-8 40mcg
day 9-14 60mcg

This would have been better answered if it were posted in the steroid forum I would think. More people look through those posts than they do here.
