    Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

    I guess I should tell a lil about myself. I'm soon to be 38, have an 18 yr old son.
    I've been training for the past 4 1/2 yrs with past 2 1/2 competiting in figure. Just decided to take the plunge over the past month. Goal is to lean down some more for the next comp in Nov. I feel that I have reached my max as leaning down naturally with diet/cardio and its **** hard going up against those that use. Plus I want to add a lil size to the delts.

    I'm going to post my question here as well as in the question forum. If you guys have delt with females and know, please answer by all means.

    Question is....

    Just curious if this is a good cycle to help me keep my hard earned muscle while dieting down. My diet is clean clean! (no McD's, donuts, pizza or candy bars). Typical pre comp diet with higher proteins, lower carb and fats. Cardio is up to par as well. Goal is a short 8 weeks away....

    I'm set at 1/2 cc EOD (orally) up to the show, adding in clen (as talorated) and cytomel 17 days out from show. Cycling both up then back down. (I can get exact cycle from the lockbox)

    Win V is QV 50.
