have her start off taking 2 a day, one in the morning and one at midday to first see how she reacts. Ur body will shake sometimes ur first time taking it so its not best to take mad pills first day. she needs to work her way up to 4-5 pills spread out through out the day to help with shakes and other side effects. best way to take clen is 10 days on and 10 days off.
for example:
day
1- two spread out through the day
2- 3 through out
3- 3 through out
4-10 4-5 through out
take 10 days off
than repeat 4-5 times and you will get the best benefits from clen
excuse me mr built.. but this is probably the way you take it.. may not be the best for a woman to take a ssuch.. there is a FEMALE QUESTIONS FORUM... which is where this post should be placed...

def don't start her off taking two a day. One for the first day will be plenty. I would even split it in half and take half in the morning and half in the afternoon. Trust me she will feel the effects from taking half. Also make sure she takes taurine for cramping and doubles her water intake.
The next day I would have her take a full tab at once. Each day increase so she gets used to it. If u start with two the side-effects will be insane. I know a girl that went through the same thing so i would recommend guaging the amount she takes on how she feels.
