Who would of thought that diet and exercise would help you loose weight? I have been working out now for a little over a month on a regular basis. I worked out before that but didn't ever take it seriously. I think it's funny when people come up to me and tell me I look like I've lost weight, and then ask how I am doing it, when I tell them I am just eating right and exercising they look at me funny, like they thought I discovered some magic pill. I am now fitting into clothes that I haven't worn in 2 years. I am so happy. I have changed the way I eat completely. I haven't had a soda in about a month. Anyway just wanted to share my happiness.
