    New Girl Here

    Hello,
    I am new to this site but not to lifting. I have probably spent more time doing aerobics than lifting. But the last 4 months I have been lifting with my husband 4 days a week. I still try to do a couple of cardio kickboxing classes a week but never seem to have the time. I am really begining to enjoy lifting as I get stronger. If you bothered to read this, thanks.

    This is possibly the best bodybuilding board on the net... other ones are either full of egotistical morons who just want to put you down to feel better about themselves or people just aren't helpful at all. This site is full of helpful people that give back just as much as you put in... Welcome aboard.
