    hello from newbie

    Hi all:
    I'm oliveoyl from Alabama. I am a 45 year old bodybuilder contemplating my first contest. This is my first post but I have read forum discussions for a long time and learned soo much from this site! Thank you to all the patient senior members who answer the same questions over and over and over again..... I have some questions I'd like to ask in the ladies only forum. I'll try not to be too redundite. My son (26) is also getting ready for his first contest and we hope to compete together. That would be a real dream for me. I have two other teenage sons and a husband and a cat. A house full of males including the cat. I was always a girlie girl until I had three boys. Now I pump iron with them and don't worry about broken nails and such. I hope to get to know a lot of you better on this crazy journey we are compelled to travel. God Bless!
