Tired Of Being Skinny
I am a 31 year old woman and I am 5'4 and weigh between 95 and 100 pounds. I have tried weight gainer powder and ensures that a doctor recommended I take and also have worked out somewhat. i have tried eating late at night, going to bed on a full stomach and none of this has worked. would someone please help me to understand what i can use to help me gain weight. i am not looking to get cut just looking to gain some mass or weight :shrug:

Eat lots of protein...1-2 grams (per day) per pound of body weight. Train heavy (for you) and gets 8 hours of sleep! Just a few of the basic tips!

Welcome to the Forum. Make sure to go up to the top post and request female access and visit the ladies only forum. Post your diet in there and the ladies can help you mod your diet to put on some weight :)...hopefully.
