Tired Of Being Skinny
I am a 31 year old woman and I am 5'4 and weigh between 95 and 100 pounds. I have tried weight gainer powder and ensures that a doctor recommended I take and also have worked out somewhat. i have tried eating late at night, going to bed on a full stomach and none of this has worked. would someone please help me to understand what i can use to help me gain weight. i am not looking to get cut just looking to gain some mass or weight

Eat lots of protein...1-2 grams (per day) per pound of body weight. Train heavy (for you) and gets 8 hours of sleep! Just a few of the basic tips!

Welcome to the Forum. Make sure to go up to the top post and request female access and visit the ladies only forum. Post your diet in there and the ladies can help you mod your diet to put on some weight ...hopefully.
1. Once a cheat always a cheat!
2. YES, SHE can get pregnant the first time!
3. NO, PULLING out IS NOT a RELIABLE method of Birth Control. DAMMMMIT..... Wrap that shyte UP!!
Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
What the mind can conceive....the body will achieve!

Eating is key.. i have alot of trouble keeping on weight too.. alot of small meals thruout the day
