    New girl

    Hello everybody,
    I have been lifting on and off for 15 years. During college I frequently worked out with the powerlifting team. Since getting married my husband's sickness of lifting heavy things has turned contagious. I am interested in gaining a little mass. I eat cleanly and have been hitting the weights hard for 18 months. I'm thinking anavar might be what I'm looking for but would like a second opinion. I am mortified by any clitoral enlargement.
    37 years old, 5'7, 132 pds, bodyfat ? The last 18 months I've been mainly focusing on strength. Thanks in advance!!!!

    You body fat is like under 6-7%. I must say you look ripped.

    You look in great shape! If you are mortified by clitoral enlargement then I'd suggest you stay away from all AAS. If you do choose one, stay w/ anavar . Most guys (as above) will suggest winstrol -- stay away from it until you 've done EXTENSIVE research on it & understand it. It is a very individual drug and some girls may love it, most I've heard from really hate it. Makes them sick, heavy acne, the dreaded clitoral enlargement, scratchy voice leading to lowered voice, etc. Suggest you just don't even bother going there.

    Clen - hate the stuff personally - I think you can accomplish what you want with focused diet & training. All of the controlled substances you can put in your body are only SUPPLEMENTS to an already well-established diet & training regimen.
