Hi to All
Hello to everyone
Glad that I found this site
I need help with my diet/nutrition, i was hoping some of you could give me a strict diet plan that you think would work for me, here is a little bit 411 about me:
I am 5'2 and weigh about 105 pounds (23 yrs old)
I would like to get leaner and loose some body fat but I have no idea what's my fat percentage is. Also I would like to get some advice about how many calories I should eat a day to get leaner and any work out recommendation would be great.

If you post up a question in the correct section about your diet Im sure youll get the information you need. Be sure to give us lots of info on what your currently eating and your training.
