Thanks everyone. I appreciate the kind comments. I am working on improving my squat. I believe my hamstrings are my downfall and need more work. My bench has always been weak, but I am continuing to work on it. The problem is at my age, I don't recover as quickly and the joints are not as forgiving. So I tend to be a little conservative.
