winstrol and anavar cycle advice needed

Hello all! I need some advice on my next cycle. I've only been bodybuilding for about 5 years and have just returned to the gym from one an injury (broken arm while arm wrestling) and I just got out of marine corps boot camp. I've taken alot harder stuff before, but I'm not really looking to get big this time. I want to add a little more muscle and get hard and cut. Right now I'm 5'8" and 125 (I know thats pretty scrawny, boot camp can do that to you). I need to know what dosages I should take with both winstrol and anavar . I've taken winstrol with fina before and got great results, but with some unwanted side effects.... so I was wondering if any females out there know the safe dosages without all those side effects? Thanks
