Hi everyone my name is lindsey, im here looking for some advise on clenbutrol. Ive been reading up on it and it sounds pretty good, but I need some advise from girls who have actually taken it... how much weight do you lose? Im 5'6 I weigh about 130, I diet and exercize regularly but I want to lose more weight. Thanks so much!!
btw I dont think I want to do the liquid clem, Im looking to try the pill form. any1 else tried that stuff?
Why do you want the pill form? The liquid works just as well.
Also, why are you so interested in clen? How long have you been working out? What does your workout and cardio look like? Honestly i think one can have way better results of an ECA and tweeking their diet before they go to clen.

Welcome - but what ttu said -- if you aren't getting the results you want from whatever diet & training you are doign now, its not correct to look for drugs to do it for you. Like Dr Phil says "How's that workin' for ya?"
If it ain' workin, time to review what you are doing. Fitness is 80% diet. Drugs just force a particular result but those results are often hard to maintain if your ongoing lifestyle doesn't maintain that.

welcome lindsey......i agree with sassy, diet will make the most significant changes in your body. It can also be the toughest part to change. All you need is right nee though, just pick people brains.....
If there would be a magic pill outhere somewhere we wouldnt have any "large"people anymore. No pain no gain.... hit the gym and diet, before you try the chem.....
