    Im a Newbie

    I recently had a baby, gained alot of weight, its been four months since the birth.
    Im 29, 188lbs,, 5'4" present prebirth: 135lbs

    Ive had steriod cycles before. These are my previous cycles:

    I have done 2 cycles of clen /t3
    1 cycle of primo (100mg) a week (inject)
    1 cycle of dball + deca 250 (inject)
    1 cycle of HG (very short cycle)

    It has been a long time since my last cycle. Does anyone have any good suggestions on what would be good? I would like to get back down to at least 140lbs.

    Welcome aboard sister, congrats for the baby and nice to know that you're up
    to get your body back on what it was before the birth! This encourages many
    of the girls here I'm pretty sure about this. Take time to read over the diet
    forum that area will surely be a great help for ya! Good luck saturn!
