    Hi all,

    I'm new and need a little help.

    I used to be a waitress and would take ephedra for the energy boost and the hopes of dropping some weight so my body doesn't respond anymore.

    Had a car accident felt sorry for myself ate the wrong foods while sitting on the sofa watching TV.

    Have since recovered started exercising and eating properly didn't drop any weight so I decided to add clen to the program. The first week my temperature spiked got a sore throat but continued for ten days. then started cycling and the sore throats continue everytime I start with the Clen and I still haven't lost any weight.

    Is there something else that I should try or could I have a problem with my theroid.

    Hi Kale

    Training -Elliptical Trainer 3 times a week 30 minutes, Bikram Yoga 2 times a week 1 1/2 hours per class ( the class is done in a Temperature of 42 degrees and and is a hard workout), an hour walking to and from daily and trying to skate for an hour twice a week.

    As for diet: about 1600 - 1800 calories a day good choices most of the time

    You may not be dropping weight becasue you are probably building muscle. did you get your body fat measured before you started excercising

    She is not building muscle if she is only doing cardio.

    BUT My suggestion is to add in weight training... this will help with fat loss, i promise. But dont go by the scale, go by how you look and feel. because your weight might go up ( probably wll) when you are adding muscle to your body.

    You list how many cals your taking in, but what does that consist of? This could be your culprit.

    I have one of those scales that measure bf but it hasn't changed by much (I'm not sure how accurate It is, it says 37% while the one you have here says 32%) How much muscle can you gain with Clen in a 3 week period. Is my caloric intake correct.

    By diet basically consists of meat dairy veggie,fruits and whole grains

    I do resistance with the elliptical, weights for my arms and squats.

    If you get a chance try a Bikram yoga class and let me know if you think you might gain a bit of muscle in the class, I know the calorie expenditure is about 700-1000 in one 1 1/2 hour class I'm not sure on muscle though I'll ask on Tuesday.
