    Just wanted to introduce myself

    I am one of the newest members on this board. I became a member after learning about my husbands passion for fitness and wanted to support him. Very new at all the fitness stuff and just look forward to learning as much as possible

    Great to have you on board girl. You are now a proud memmeber of one of the best boards around. If you get a chance take a look at the reciepe section. Theor are alot of fantastic ideas there to make dieting for any reasin weather for bulking or cutting that will take the edge off the day to day diet.
